Heat allows for muscles to ease through their full range of motion. Heat improves circulation and metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Sweating aids in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the skin. Vinyasa flow will torch calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you feeling balanced and empowered. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. The chair is used for seated postures and meditation and also for greater stability in standing and balance postures. You will experience the same benefits of other yoga classes, such as improved balance, strength, and mobility. You will also learn techniques to calm the mind and body that can be practiced anywhere. All levels and abilities are welcome.

A class that needs to be experienced by all! You'll begin your entry into the world of bliss by focusing on your breath, you'll flow through a breath centered yoga sequence to release tension, stress and the busyness of the day then you will melt into a blissful state into deep healing and deep rest with yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness, feelings of joy and wellbeing, deeply healed and rested.
