She weaves together the foundations of the physical and the spiritual practice providing practical insights for integrating yoga on and off the mat.

Personally, yoga has transformed her physically, spiritually and emotionally. The tools she has learned in Yoga guided her reocery from physical injury and a rare tumor. Breathwork and gentle movement helped her cope with the grief and loss that comes with serious health conditions. It also lead her through exploration of the new version of her physical body relearning balance and strength.
Beth holds additional credentials in chair yoga and Reiki Level 1 and 2, Yoga for the Worplace, Yoga Inclusivity and Yoga Activism.
