Patty has been teaching physical education for over 25 years. She has always loved learning and teaching about the body and movement. In 2016 she started doing yoga and loved ghe mind/body connection. In the summer of 2018 she attended CorePower yoga teacher training to improve her personal practice and received her 200 hour certification. After experiencing the changes yoga made in her life she felt the need to share what she had learned with others.

All levels welcome! This 45 minute class is a delicious way to begin your day! We begin by consciously connecting to our breath. Using the breath as the anchor, students will flow from pose to pose to build strength, flexibility and concentration, while calming the mind and cleansing the body. Start your day feeling energized and alive!
