Born in Bratislava, Slovakia and shaped by experience across three countries, Marian Kraus brings a unique blend of artistry, science, and ancestral wisdom to his sound-bath journeys. A certified Gong Master and Level 2 Spring Forest igong practitioner, his craft weaves ancient sound wisdom with modern consciousness insights inviting participants toward states of calm, clarity, and wholeness.
During his sessions, you'll be immersed in the rich overtones of gongs singing bowls didgerdoo, the hand-pan, drums, vocals and more. Drawing on his background as a fine-art photographer-honed through perceiving sublte patterns of beauty and coherence - Marian shapes each soundscape with the same attention to harmony that defines his visual work. All levels welcome! This 45 minute class is a delicious way to begin your day! We begin by consciously connecting to our breath. Using the breath as the anchor, students will flow from pose to pose to build strength, flexibility and concentration, while calming the mind and cleansing the body. Start your day feeling energized and alive!

All levels welcome. Vinyasa means to connect in a special way. By connecting with our breath, we can choose to be present in each pose. This playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows all levels of students to be challenged in the same class. Classes are taught in a heated room 85-95 degrees. Heat allows for muscles to ease through their full range of motion. Heat improves circulation and metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Sweating aids in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the skin.
Vinyasa flow will torch calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you feeling balanced and empowered. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in a this class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life.

Chair Yoga is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. The chair is used for seated postures and meditation and also for greater stability in standing and balance postures. You will experience the same benefits of other yoga classes, such as improved balance, strength, and mobility. You will also learn techniques to calm the mind and body that can be practiced anywhere. All levels and abilities are welcome.

Flow Into Nidra

A class that needs to be experienced by all! You'll begin your entry into the world of bliss by focusing on your breath, you'll flow through a breath centered yoga sequence to release tension, stress and the busyness of the day then you will melt into a blissful state into deep healing and deep rest with yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness, feelings of joy and wellbeing, deeply healed and rested.
